below here are my diet period:
4.30pm~I ate home made dishes and soup prepared by my godsister, yummy yummy, really delicious especially the sardine dish, wow , taste so good until I ate 2 bowls of rice>>'◆'<<
10.50pm~I drank a cup of soy milk shake to control my hunger.
11.30pm~'@'Zzzz
ps>>I decide to measure my weight on next Monday.I have no courage to see how heavy I am now after consume so much high calories food so I have to postpone my weight measurement on next Monday.Hmm, i will put my efforts on my diet journey for these days and so on to get a better result on my weight.>>^~^<<
