☆Diet Journey Day 21☆

Below here are my diet periods:

9am~I woke up and took my weight measurement. Hmm , my weight dropped slightly until 51.8kg ,hopefully it continues to drop without a halt.

9.15am~My first breakfast meal consist of carb,protein , fibre and fat element, it was considered as a balanced eating meal.What I had was a chicken mixed vegetable with rice and a high calorie 'pao sardin.After I finished my first meal, I immediately drank the Yakult to increase the function of my digestive system.

3pm~I had my banana and a mug of warm skim milk as my lunch.My husband bought the malay's 'onde-onde' for me .It is my favourite food and I ate it as my light snack.

5pm~I craved on something , so I ate 2 eggs to stop that condition .

11pm~I craved on food , so i drank a mug of hot skim milk.

ps>>probably my legs take 3 weeks to recover  before i get myself involve in workout exercises.

☆Diet Journey Day 20☆

Below here are my diet periods:

11am~I woke up and took my weight measurement.Hmm,What I saw was  52.0Kg again.I was facing weight loss plaeteu these days, weight remained the same .I felt a bit frustrated.

11.30am~My first meal consist of a mug of warm soy milk shake , an egg and a banana. What a nutritious breakfast . Somehow , i added a carb food like banana in my diet, maybe it will help me to boost up my metabolism and overcome the weight loss plateau.

4pm~My lunch will be a mug of warm choco milk and a banana.

5.30pm~I drank a mug of warm skim milk , a banana and a small chocolate ball.

7.30pm~A mug of warm skim milk , a banana and 2 eggs were included in my last meal.

ps>>I am not able to do exercises for few weeks because of my strained calf  muscle .Probably it needs time to recover.

☆Diet Journey Day 19☆

Below here are my diet periods:

12pm~I woke up  at  that time and took my weight measurement on the weight machine. What was that , I gained about 0.3kg ,that means I got 52.3kg for my weight. Alright , probably i ate too much high carb foods and high calories food yesterday. I don 't care, today will be my whole day protein diet.

12.30pm~I was doing my 3 sets of workout exercises and jumping jack for 16minutes.

1pm~I drank a mug of soy milk shake and ate an hard-boiled egg as my first protein meal. My godsister couldn't finished her 'wantanho' and she expected me to finish it.So , she asked me to eat up the remaining 'wantanho', actually i felt reluctant to eat it because i had  a deal with myself to begin my whole day protein diet today. No choice, I had lied on her that i would finish it later, by right, I just dumped it away after she went out.Hmm, really sorry to do such uncourtesy way.

3.30pm~I drank a mug of choco milk because i felt a bit hungry .

5.30pm~I felt a bit of hungry , so i drank a mug of warm skim milk.

5.40pm~I was doing a 2nd round of workout exercises and 10 times jumping jack for 16 minutes.

8.39pm~My husband bought a bunch of banana and i ate one.I have long time no eat banana, it tastes good.

10.45pm~No food cravings.. no food cravings , so i ended up to have a mug of hot skim milk.

11pm~I had done my 3rd round workout exercises and 10 times jumping jack for 16 minutes.

ps~Yeah, hooray , I had completed my whole day protein diet plus exercises.

☆Diet Journey Day 18☆

  Below here are my diet periods:

10am~My weight never change, 52.0kg , speechless@@ (need some time to drop )

10.30am~I started doing my 3 sets of  workout exercises(ab, arms and legs) for 15 minutes. Usually , those workout exercises are accompanied by the coach in the workouts video.I downloaded it from the Android Market(or Play Store) .I followed the coach's steps in video to do the workouts while listening to my favourite songs.

11am~I ate the leftover 'hamchibeng', I tossed away some hard parts which were hard to chew (even bite)on.

12.30pm~Yuck ><'''Continued my 'hamchibeng' feast..Really disgusting. I dumped most of them because the taste of the food not so good and I even dumped away the choco cake( not match with my taste , the heavy weird taste gave me sort of arkward feeling , yikes) given by my husband's elder brother, yuck...Better drink my Yakult to flush away those toxic out of my body.The end of the 'hamchibeng' feast.

2.10pm~I was doing my 2nd round workout exercises for 15 minutes. Ganbateh ^^

5.30pm~When I was eating my leftover meehun soup , my husband bought 5 pieces of'kuih hijao' and another 5 pieces of' pao sardin ', too much high calorie foods, I can't eat that much . I managed to finish my leftover meehun soup , a piece of 'kuih hijao ' and a piece of 'pao sardine' ...Plus a Yakult. Yup , let my husband to finish those high calorie foods although they are my favourite foods.

8pm~My husband brought me to Viva Home's play store to play the basketball game. I try to hit my target 200marks by throwing the balls inside the basket, but i managed to get the highest mark ,that was 131marks. I played several times until I was totally exhausted and sweating all the way . After the several times of basketball games, my hands and my legs were trembling at the same time. We decided to have our tea chat at the foodcourt nearby .My husband ordered a cup of hot milo and a glass of icy Ribenna for me . I had finished my hot milo and Ribenna was left behind . I just had a few  sip  on Ribenna before we gone to Guardian store. Husband bought a lollipop for me at Guardian store because I wanted to lick it.haha

10.30pm~I had done my 3rd round workout exercises plus jumping jacks for 16minutes. After the workouts, I sang 10 karaoke songs ...haha

ps~Oh my god , I ate too much high carb and high calorie foods today,not a good news though.Better cut them down completely.Good news is i had many rounds of exercises today, sure can burn a lot of calories.

☆Diet Journey Day 17☆

  below here are my diet periods:

10.30am ~I woke up for a while to get my weight measurement before I continue my sleep. Really disappointing to say that I got 52.0kg, not a slightly drop.. I guessed  I know why. My menstruation will be coming soon and it tends to slow down my metabolism rate  causing my weight drop so little and much more slower to drop pounds, actually this phenomenan is really common situation for girls and ladies who are on diet.So, my advice is be patient and keep your diet still to move forward. After 7 days menstruation, ladies 's metabolism rate will increase critically and it will be a no problem for losing weight fast. That 's the facts.

1pm~I woke up and drank a mug of soy milk shake and ate an egg for today' s first meal. I decided to have a whole day protein plus calcium diet today.

4pm~I drank a mug of choco milk,yummy

7.30,pm~We had our dinner at outside .I ate a large bowl of Meehun Soup but I managed to eat half of it and asked the lady to help me take away the remaining food.

8.30pm~I ate the high calories food 'ham chi beng', the big one was too hard to chew , taste not so good , whereas the small one taste better and easy to chew on . I ate a big one and 2 small 'hamchibeng'.No choice , i have to eat them because i have long no eat them and my husband bought them for me, oh my god.

ps>>I want my menstruation period come as fast as possible, so I can consume more tasty food.><'''By the way , where is my workout exercises and whole day protein diet??!!Alright,alright, I will do my workouts tomorrow,thanks for the reminder. About the whole day protein diet, i have to postpone it to another day.

☆Diet Journey Day 16☆

  Below here are my diet periods:

1pm~I woke up at that time. And, I took my weight measurement. What was that, It showed me the number of 52.0kg. I felt frustrated over my weight , it rose 0.1kg from 51.9kg yesterday to 52.0kg today. That was really ridiculous. Fine , no need to cry over the spilled milk, useless. Forget about that milk and carry on my efforts during my diet journey , that 's all i can say.

2pm~Yeah, i made my promise to do my workout exercises for 16 minutes and i was sweating while doing the workouts.I was doing 3 sets of workouts, ab workout , arm workout and legs workout.Plus, jumping jack .

2.30pm ~I prepared a bowl of hot spicy instant noodles  for myself as my treat of doing workout exercises. yummy , delicious . And, i drank a bottle of Yakult for my digestive system.

6.30pm~My husband came back with nasi lemak... Wow,really hot spicy man , the nasi lemak was nice to eat.I ate some of it and let my husband to eat the remaining.Still, i won't forget about the Yakult. I drank it immediately .

8pm~I drank a mug of skim milk although i was not hungry.Skim milk is actually good for people who are on diet like me as it provides really low fat comsumption, and high in good nutrients.

ps>>I took too much medicines today because i was not feeling so well. There was  side effect of eating too much medicine , it causing me feeling drowsy.

☆Diet Journey Day 15☆

Below here are my diet period:

10am~It was a weight result time.. Hopefully i can see something like 51.7kg, 51.5kg or even 51.1 kg. It seems that the numbers were not expected to exist on the weight machine. Hmm, I got 51.9 kg on the weight machine. Although I dropped my pounds, but I was not satisfy with my lost weight amount.Really upset. Last week , I lost my weight about 1.3kg whereas i lost around0.8 kg in this week.Alright, I have to put more efforts on this . I know the next step what i gonna to do .

11am~I prepared myself a mug of warm soy milk shake as my light breakfast.

2pm~Something triggered my taste  buds. No choice , tea time for myself. I ate a few pieces of cheese flavoured biscuits , 2 egg rolls and a tiny packet of tidbits while  I keep drinking water to fill up my stomach  .It was an effective way to eat light snack while keep drinking water to avoid overeating situation to be happen.Luckiky i know how to control my snacks portion . Light snack can satisfy my taste buds but don ' t over eat them .

4.30pm~I drank a mug of choco milk,yummy yummy ,it tasted good, i love it.

9.30 pm~After I 've done my shopping spree at Tesco, we went to eat a plate of curry pork rice and soup. I ate a bit of it , and I let my husband to eat my remaining food .

11.30pm~Food cravings><'''I was struggling myself to control it . grrrrh....It was torturing, damn .

ps>>After seeing my weight loss, I have to force myself to do some workout exercises start from tomorrow onwards. Exercise can boost up my metabolism, so that it can reacts fast to shed away fats. No matter how, I desire to loss another 1.4kg in 1 week time.         From now  on, I will measure my weight daily ,yup^^        And, no sweetened milk  anymore.        hmm, i would like to treat myself a bowl of hot spicy instant noodles tomorrow  if i have complete my workout exercises. Alright , it 's a deal for me .yummy yummy.

☆Diet Journey Day 14☆

below here are my diet period:

12.30pm~My first meal will be a mug of soy milk shake ,that 's all.

3pm~I prepared myself a meal  of variety vege dish like yesterday dish. Yummy yummy。I was watching a show "减肥男女" while eating my vege dish. The show was all about their slimming competition program. It sure will motivate those who are on diet like me , yeah for real.

6pm~I was drinking the choco drink while watching a horror  movie called"mama".When my husband' s elder brother came back, he brought a cone of ice cream for me.. I have long no eating ice cream...His brother asked me whether I am happy with the ice cream.. Alright, quite excited with the ice cream but the fact is ice cream containz high sugarthat is bad for health.. hmmm, not a right choice for someone who are on diet like me.Finally, i ate it.My stomach was full right there.

ps>>I am nervous about tomorrow 's weight result.wahahaha(still can laugh, laughable??)

☆Diet JOURNEY Day 13☆

  Below here are my diet period :

12pm~I woke up late , so no choice , i have to skip my breakfast. My first meal was a mug of soy milk shake as my lunch.

3.30pm~I prepared an egg and a bowl of vege dish which contains variety of vegetable such as tomatoes, cabbage, mushrooms and potato for myself.. Yummy yummy, taste good >>^~^<<I steamed all those variety of vegetables in a pot for 10 minutes (don't forget add water first before you put all the ingredients in the pot) .Tomatoes make  the dishes taste good, yeah, absolutely..I didn't put any oil or salt in the vege dishes, just simply steam them with water, taste good and healthy to eat ^^

7pm~I cooked a  bowl  of spicy instant noodles for my husband. We shared the noodles together, taste good .Don't forget my Yakult,it 's good for my digestive system .

9.30pm~While we at mamak stall sitting down, i ordered a glass of hot  sweetened milk .

12am~Zzzzz

ps>>I must stop drinking the sweetened milk as it is unhealthy drink.

☆Diet Journey Day 12☆

Below here are my period diet:

4pm~My first meal will be a mug of soy milk shake and an egg>>^@^<<,a high protein sources of meal.

7.30pm~My husband's elder brother cooked spicy fried noodle for us. His brother give me a big portion of noodles..Yummy yummy, It tastes good.He was a real chef before.Owh, I 'd ate the high calorie food . It will be fine just a meal of calorie food.After my meal, I intended to drink a Yakult so that it can improve and strengthen  up my digestive system.
8.30pm~We were throwing basketballs at Viva Home's fun store.Wow, it was a great exercise for me as i had long not letting my sweat out. But the consequences that I faced were sore arms and stiffing shoulders and neck after the exercise was done.><'''

10pm~We had our 'tea time' at the cafe shop . I had ordered a glass of sweetened milk to drink. It contains high sugar quantity in it , too much sugar intake daily will cause some healthy problems such as obesity ,so better not take them frequently for people who are on diet like me.

☆Diet Journey Day 11☆

Below here are my diet period:

11am~I was hungry while I was surfing internet . So, i made myself a protein meal as breakfast.Guess what I had eaten at that time. 2 eggs and a mug of soy milk shake, which are high in protein.Protein sources can make an usual people to feel their stomach full without stuffing a lot of food inside our stomach.

5pm~I was not hungry at all, but I tend to crave on something sweet. So, I ate a few pieces of tiny cookies and drank a cup of choco, hopefully can control my food cravings and temptation on high calorie foods no matter how..Lubbie , you can do it, try your best to overcome your food  temptation.Try drink plenty of water at the same time to control my appetite on food..

9pm~My stomach was feeling a bit hungry , so i made myself a choco drink while  watching a movie called《Hachiko a dog's story》.

ps>>I feel  myself want to eat something heavy flavour, desperate so much to eat such food , you know.... No matter how , I have to endure myself in such situation until next Monday . I also decide to treat myself a special tasty food on next Monday , maybe pao sardine, or  'hamchibeng' or 'kuih hijao'...So, Lubbie , carry on your diet journey and  overcome your temptation on high calorie foods..Ganbateh>>^~^<<

4.30pm~I ate home made dishes and soup prepared by my godsister, yummy yummy, really delicious  especially the sardine dish, wow , taste so good until I ate 2 bowls of rice>>'◆'<<

10.50pm~I drank a cup of soy milk shake to control my hunger.

ps>>I decide to measure my weight on next Monday.I have no courage to see how heavy I am now after consume so much high calories food  so I have to postpone my weight measurement on next Monday.Hmm, i will put my efforts on my diet journey for these days and so on to get a better result on my weight.>>^~^<<

☆Diet Journey Day 7☆

Here are my diet period:

7.30am~After i woke up , the first thing i need to do is pee. Next is the result time.. I wondered how heavy I was .The answer was 52.7kg , how amazing I lost around 1.3kg in 1 week time. Give me 5, dude...Way to go^^

9.30am~I felt a bit hungry, so why not I have a sip on my soy milk shake, hmm

10.20am~My stomach was still moaning and groaning , no choice , I made myself another drink , actually it was a same soy milk shake drink, but the difference was the extra milk add in it, taste better than usual

2.35pm~I drank yakult to control my food cravings.

4.30pm~After I played HON online game , i felt a bit hungry , so I made myself a cup of choco drink.

7.30pm~We had our dinner at outside.I ate a really small quantiti of food like usual and it was sufficient to make my stomach feel full with food.

9.30pm~We felt thristy after the shopping at Tesco. I drank the Yakult which is less sugar plus ate a cup of yogurt before we reached to the twin tower.

12am~We were waiting my husband's elder brother at the cafe shop. His mother treated me a tin of 100 plus.

2am~I felt really exhausting , so I slept before them. Zzzz

ps>>I begun felt the drowsiness started at 5pm something and so on , but i tried to control the level of drowsiness until 2 am ,really tiring ... My godsister offered me some food, but I m on diet and fear about the fat , so I have to reject her offer...So sorry about that because it was not a courtesy way to reject a person's offer but my purpose by doing that was priority one.

☆Diet Journey Day 6☆

below here are my diet period:

2pm~We just came back from cold breezing freezing Genting Highland and arrived at Cheras on time. We had our lunch at the Bakuteh shop.It was so hot there due to the hot sunny weather .I was really uncomfortable with the heat surrounding me.No choice, they wanted to have lunch there . It seemed everyone were so hungry except me. Every dishes prepared at the Bakuteh shop are part of the high calories foods.I was not feeling well ,so i avoid myself to touch on those food and only drank 100plus .  

3.30pm~Since my godsister was not feeling well too, she only prepared hot plain porridge for me which is still inside the pot .I was hungry , so i ate 2 small bowl of hot plain porridge. There was nothing special in the porridge, except the potatoes and carrots in it.Taste not bad at all.Hmm . It was a good dish for someone who are on diet like me^^

4.15pm~ I ate a bowl of home made salad which prepared by myself...cabbage,carrots, apples, egg white,mushroom all together plus soy milk in it.See, how nutritious my homemade salad is. High fibre and protein source in it.

6.30pm-9.30pm~It was a rainy day,I took a super nice nap , it was so comfortable to sleep at this time.

10pm~Husband suddenly asked my godsister and I out .We were asked to go to the cafe shop nearby.His mum also was there. When godsister and I arrived there, I saw them ,they were drinking beer...His mum treated us some drinks. I ordered a tin of 100plus to drink. 100plus again !!!Hmm,,,haha...And I said thank to her.

ps>>How about my latest update weight??Just because today we were at Genting Highland and I didn't bring the weight machine along, so I couldn't take any measurement on my weight .Hmm, have to wait until tomorrow to get measurement ,hihi.>>^~^<<

☆Diet Journey Day 5☆

Below here are my diet period:

8am~ hmm, so sorry to say that I am not able to weight myself today due to the battery exhausted  of my weight machine. But not to worry , I will get a new battery for someday..

10.30am~I ate 2 egg yorks as my light breakfast meal . I used the white eggs to prepare a salad dish^0^

1.30pm~My godsister cooked dishes for us as lunch meal. I ate a really small portion of rice and dishes plus vege soup.

7.30pm~I ate the remaining dishes from the lunch meal as my dinner in small portion of food.

8.30pm~My husband brought me to cafe shop . I ordered a hot sweetened milk.

3.30am~We had our supper at Genting Highland 's Mamak stall.My husband and his elder were having their spicy dishes and teh tarik whereas I drank a glass of susu tarik panas. Pretty cold out there , but my body condition was able to withstand it without wearing any jackets.I wore a short sleeve t-shirt and a pair of short jeans in a cold condition.,,haha^@^ Both of them have to wear long sleeve shirts and a pair of long jeans during this cold condition, even my husband surrounded his neck with a grey-coloured long scarf, so that they won't catch cold easily . For me, it was just being fun to pretend  a steel like strong body lady who can resist any cold breeze.I was proud of myself although it was not a grand way indeed.Actually ,it was bad to behave that way though.  

ps>>We stayed overnight at Genting Highland, I love the cool and the cold breeze there.Talk about the diet , totally speechless which i would say to you .

☆ Diet Journey Day 4☆

  Below are my diet period:  

9.30am: Look at my weight scale...Hmm ...waiting...Oh my gosh , what was that... 53.2kg .Isn't it a good news..Haha, i shed off 500gram of fats , you know . No wonder i felt my belly become more flat than usual when i woke up ...Keep it up , Lubbie...muakzss:)  

11.40am~ I treated myself a plate of fried instant noodle (cooked by myself) and a cup of choco plus milk drink as my first breakfast meal.  

5.30pm~I made myself a cup of soy milk shake because my stomach felt a bit of hungry.  

9pm~ I drank yakult .  

10.30pm~Too exhausted , so i  slept at that time Zzzz  

ps~Not much to say..Hmm , today I used most of my time to play HON online game, that was fun....So I almost neglected about the food ..haha See you tomorrow.

☆Diet Journey Day 3☆

  Below are my diet period:  

7.30am~ I woke up  at this time. Before I weight myself, i enter my toilet to pee first, it is a right usual thing to do. Alright , step on the weight machine and look under my feet , hahaha, the scale goes to....... Hmm, nice job , Lubbie , your weight is 53.7 kg , total drop is 200grams. Keep it up, Lubbie^@^.  

9.40am~  i ate the leftover pork porridge( my husband bought it yesterday), wow, the taste still remained delicious although it is a leftover. However, i couldn' t finish my leftover pork porridge, so I decided to leave it on my dining table for next lunch .Yummy yummy, i m loving it.*w*  

12pm~I ate the remaining pork porridge . Next , I took my shower while I massaged and rolled my flabby fat body with my massage roller. My massage roller is able to tone my whole body. Usually , I will roll my arms , tummy , butt and thighs with roller.  I believe that the massage roller will shed away my fats and tone my whole body..After my shower, I sang karaoke songs and played HON online game.  

4.20pm~ I felt a bit hungry ,so i made myself a choco drink. It contains high calcium of nutrient.  

9pm~ I felt want to eat something ,so I ate the low fat high calcium yogurt and an apple plus an egg.

1.30am~Zzzz'o'

ps>> According to my observation of my food track, most of my eaten foods were liquid form.
          Hmm, what should i eat tomorrow ?? I can't decide any choices, it irritates me......How about  fried noodle for tomorrow 's meal (Sounds good..Let me consider first )

☆Diet Journey Day 2☆

 Below here was my diet period:  

6.30am~Guess what??! My weight was 53.9kg, dropped a 100gram of fat:( Nevermine, my weight still in progress to drop pounds.)I must say :"Way to go ~".  

9.30am~ I ate an apple and drink soya milkshake as my breakfast.It is important to take breakfast because it can reduce the phonomenan of overeat food due to desperate hunger.My milkshake will be my protein source and apple will be my fibre source. Both are important to boost up our body metabolism and detoxification.Protein sources also can build our muscle structure which able to burn fats more efficiently. Moreover, protein sources can control our hunger effectively compare with carbohydrate sources.  

1pm-6pm~I was doing my house chores, sing karaoke songs ,had a nice bath and doing some shopping spree at Tesco supermarket. i was totally forgot about the food because i was not hungry at all.  

6.20pm~ i ate 2 pao sardines(sort of malay's traditional food, my favourite food) and a few spoon of pork porridge.My stomach was full after those foods filled up my stomach.  

7pm-9pm~I felt drowsy so i had a super nap during this period.  

10pm~I drink a yakult and eat the last food, pao sardin,it will be my last meal for today.

2am~'0'Zzz

ps>>  I drink plenty of water daily which over 2litres of water per day . It is important to keep that habit in our daily life, because water helps us in detoxification. Water helps us in toxic excretion inside our body. hmm...Actually , i  had a constipation since past 2 days. Maybe I took less quantity of food so it was not able to make faeces .I wonder whether the phenomenan of constipation will affect my weight  ,plus today i had my 3 pao sardines which  contain reAl high calories and fats inside my stomach . I was worried about my weight whether it will get influenced by these 2 factors, constipation and  3 pao sardines. Better keep away from that mindset , I have to be optimistic though , and  looking forward the other perfect day , right ?? ^_^

I never take any slimming body products and consumption. I would like to make use of my will power to complete my daily diet task . See you tomorrow

☆Diet Journey Day 1☆

Here is my diet period:

5.30am~i woke up and weight myself with my weight machine, not bad, 54 .0kg.

5.40am~
The soya milk was my first breakfast[hungry,grrruu], i turned the soyamilk into my favourite soya milk shake, taste good. To be honest,I can 't eat solid food and liquid now because i will be admitted to a surgery at 9 am today, i should take doctor's advice so that i can get rid of nausea during the surgery.^^

12pm~i drink a cup of  milo prepared by the nurse after surgery. I lost my appetite on food , so i force to eat a few spoon meehun before consume the pain killer and antibiotic.

1pm~sing karaoke songs definitely can cut down calories

2.30pm~a bit hungry after sing karaoke songs ,i ate a large bowl of meehun ,my stomach was really full.

4.30pm-9pm~t was a rainy day and i was sleeping during this period.

10pm~
i ate tohuhua, it was delicious^^It will be my last call dinner..

1.30am~no supper and get sleep as well, good night \>(^¤^)</

ps:wow, i was excited to start my diet journey and at the same time ,i also had my surgery , so i am not able to do some workout exercises these days. But i will try other ways to cut down my calories such as sing karaoke songs. It will  tend to build flat tummy, no matter how , i feel that way, haha^@^.
What will happen to my diet journey tomorrow, who knows , hopefully it will make things out, no interuptions during my diet period to reach my goal 45kg^w^
oh yeah , almost forget to tell  all of you, i got a diet assistant , it is a useful app for me who is on diet . I highly reconmend it as it will track your food calories and it will give you some tasks to complete, really interesting. You can download ''Noom"from the Play Store Android.

Introduction about ★Loss weight journey★

Em, hi everyone , humans in worldwide, hahaha, i am pleased to say that i will begin my diet tomorrow. I hope  those who are on diet can support my blog, so we can exchange and share our diet s stories between us. it is importartant way to have someone to encourage them  including me as well during the journey of lossing weight.

current height: 157cm
current weight:54 something , i guess
aim weight : 45kg ( will i able to make it that figure )

What is my purpose to loss my weight. Everyone should be agree with it. I wanna to be a gorgeous girl( or lady as well) , look pretty after shedding off our extra disgusting fats. Try to imagine  that we are carrying  a 10kg rice sack running here and there, gasping for the air , because it is too heavy for us to carry it and running everywhere, wow , if we try to put down the 10kg rice sack , what a relieve, we will take less burden and ease our movement.

To be honest, i m not fat at all, but i wanna to be more well look by shedding off my extra pounds^^
